Gemmy Light Bulb Short Circ Display
Screw in blub that gives you a short circuit effect. Blinks on and off sporadically and then shuts off for 5 or so seconds and then comes back on and blinks again in rotation. Can be turned on or off with toggle switch on bulb. Display contains 8 pieces.
